Two things happen when you join.

1. 1. Savings Search starts (free).

   We watch your utility bill every month for billing errors, rate-class mismatches, and upgrade eligibility. When we find something, we tell you. If you accept a switch, we take 10% of the first year's savings. No savings, no fee.

2. 2. Rate lock is available (opt-in).

   Cap your annual rate increase at 2% while your utility raises theirs 4–8%. Cancel any time.

How you pay

The Savings Search fee (10% of first-year savings) is invoiced by us only after you accept a switch — no card on file needed to start. Rate lock is a monthly subscription. Community solar and bill smoothing are separate opt-in upgrades. No signup fee, no cancellation fee.
